From Wexford town take the Duncannon Line towards Wellingtonbridge for 19km and at the crossroads which is signposted to the left for Ballymitty and 3km before Wellingtonbridge, turn right onto the L7035. Go through the first crossroads (after c. 0.5km) and continue for another 2.5km to a severe right hand bend, the land is on the left on the bend, immediately after red sheds and the ruins of an old house, with double gates and the roadside field in stubble.
